The event’s Technical and Scientific Committee will only accept abstracts and works submitted electronically, according to the schedule in the main page of this site. All texts should be written in Portuguese, Spanish or English, taking into consideration the thematic groups of the event and/or other energy topics.
The abstracts of the e-Posters and the Communications should have a maximum of 500 words, while the final version of the Communications must not exceed 8,000 words.
The e-Posters will have to respect the layout available below, and also the following dimensions: 100 cm height by 70 cm width. Each author can only present one work (e-Poster or Communication) as 1st author. You may, however, co-author other works.
The evaluation and selection of proposals will be carried out by a scientific committee made up of professors and researchers from Brazilian, Portuguese and Spanish universities.
The deadline for submitting e-Posters and Communications summaries to the Technical and Scientific Committee is February 17, 2019. Authors will be informed of whether or not their abstract has been accepted by March 15, 2019.
